- Lead the sales function
- Get your hands dirty
- $360K + commission + equity potential
For more than 20 years, Satori has been helping organisations reduce losses, improve processes, and uncover insights in the procure-to-pay cycle. Today, Satori monitors more than $220 billion in transactions annually, serving 200+ long-term clients across retail, healthcare, government and financial services. With two proven SaaS platforms - Verify and OK2Pay, and a growing sales team, Satori is now looking for a CRO to help accelerate growth and take the sales function to the next level. Opportunity to manage team in new international territories as well. This isn't a numbers-and-stats role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-in-the-room, drive-deals-home kind of role. Who are you? You're a senior sales leader who knows that the best CROs don't just manage pipelines, they influence outcomes. You've led teams of experienced, independent sellers before, and you know how to earn their respect without needing to outrank them. You lead by doing. People probably describe you as: - A hands-on leader who gets involved in deals, not just reviews them
- Commercially sharp - you understand complex, long-cycle B2B sales and know how to move them forward
- A coach and collaborator, not a top-down manager
- Someone with genuine gravitas who can build trust with both the sales team and the C-suite
- Focused on outcomes - you care about closing, not just reporting
- Able to balance two very different product motions simultaneously without dropping the ball on either
The role? Satori's two platforms Verify (enterprise-grade, high-value, complex sale) and OK2Pay (focused, high-activity, faster cycle) serve different markets and require different selling approaches. Your job is to bring cohesion, momentum and energy to both. You'll be responsible for: - Leading and supporting BDMs across both platforms in Sydney and Melbourne
- Getting actively involved in deals joining customer conversations, helping progress stalled opportunities and giving prospects confidence
- Identifying where sales cycles are slowing and fixing it, not flagging it
- Building a culture of accountability, energy and forward momentum
- Working closely with the CEO to align sales strategy with growth targets
- Providing structured coaching and deal support without micromanaging experienced sellers
- Helping shape the go-to-market approach as Satori scales
Why would you? Real impact: Satori has an exceptional product story, hard ROI, proven results, long-term client retention. The opportunity to sell is there. The role is about helping the team capitalise on it. Seat at the table: You'll work directly with the CEO and have genuine influence over the direction of the sales function. Equity potential: For the right person, there's an opportunity to share in the upside as Satori grows including an eye on international expansion. Comp: $200K–$250K base, commission structure tied to team performance, and equity discussed with the right candidate. Culture: Collaborative, honest and high trust. The team takes ownership, backs each other, and finds a way. Values: own customer happiness, enjoy what you do, trust and integrity, find a way, and respect differences. A note on fit Satori's sales team is experienced and capable. They don't need a CRO who turns up with a new CRM dashboard and a 90-day PowerPoint. They need someone who can sit in a deal, read the room, coach in the moment and help them close. If that's how you lead, we'd love to hear from you.
