Who are you?

 

Well, from an experience point of view, you'll have 4+ years under your belt, bringing MSP account management experience - and understanding recurring revenue; You'll understand the Microsoft ecosystem, the ability to do solution selling and have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets.

 

People will probably also describe you as:

  • A quick and adaptive learner
  • Very articulate and very comfortable discussing business problems in simple terms
  • A good ability to discern what numbers are telling you - you can detect patterns, interpret data etc.
  • Very goal and outcomes-focused. You have loads of energy when it comes to achieving your personal and professional objectives and you revel in multi-tasking
  • Comfortable asserting your professional opinion without being overly dominant. You have presence 
  • Moderately extroverted and sociable and happy with talking to loads of existing clients and deepening their trust consistently, every day
  • A follower of policies and procedures yet can still be 'creative' in the moment, in order to progress or secure an opportunity
  • 'Cautiously optimistic' - you ask good deep challenging questions and you're not led astray easily by prospects
  • A natural self-leader who displays initiative and 'takes ownership'
  • A strong fact-based person who also calls on their intuition if the facts don't stack up. A logical seller who can read people.

The gig?

 

It's classic 'grow share of wallet' Account Management. You'll work assigned accounts and be speaking on the daily with CFOs, CEOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Finance about their AI and Cybersecurity needs, concerns and opportunities. You'll be conducting discovery, building bespoke proposals and closing new business. 

 

KPIs are being developed but indicatively they will be similar to

 

  • Accounts with an active account plan
  • Active Territory Plan
  • QBRs held per quarter
  • ABRs held per annum
  • C-Level coverage
  • Meetings at customer site per month
  • Revenue growth per account
