About The Role: This position offers two potential career paths: - Maternity Leave Cover: Starting part-time, transitioning to full-time, and then returning to part-time. (Swan Hill location.)
- Ongoing Full-Time Role with Travel: For those open to travel, this role can be shared between Swan Hill (main base to start) and Echuca, offering an ongoing full-time opportunity.

- Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, respond to emails, and manage administrative tasks such as filing and scanning.
- Help patients select fashionable, high-quality eyewear suited to their vision needs and personal style.
- Educate patients on premium lens options and coatings to enhance their visual experience.
- Perform frame adjustments, repairs, and minor maintenance to ensure a perfect fit.
- Process and track orders for lenses, frames, and accessories while maintaining stock control.
- Work collaboratively with optometrists and team members to provide seamless, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications: - Sales-focused mindset with a passion for providing the best visual solutions for patients.
- Previous experience in optical, retail, customer service, or receptionist roles is advantageous but not essential.
- A strong commitment to customer service and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients of all backgrounds.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
