But more importantly, if you're: - A sales expert with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management
- Experienced with 5+ years in a client-facing/customer relationship role
- An exceptional communicator with strong written and verbals skills, and an ability to build rapport
- A strong organiser who can manage multiple client accounts, with high attention to detail
- A problem solver. You have a creative and solution-oriented approach when it comes to addressing client needs and resolving any challenges that may arise
- Passionate and knowledgable about luxury outdoor furniture and design, with an ability to offer expert guidance to clients regarding product selection, trends, and functionality
- Tech-Savvy. You're comfortable with CRMs, email marketing platforms, and basic eComm (eg. Shopify)
Additionally, our client will look more favourably upon your application if you possess: - A strong interest in outdoor living, luxury design and premium home products
- An ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally with different teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing etc.)
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, designers, architects, and other industry professionals
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury context
The gig It's a hybrid role with their office located in Willoughby. This role is vital in ensuring that every client receives an unparalleled experience. On a daily or weekly basis you will be responsible for things like: - Client Relationship Management
