Who are you?

 

Well, you'll have 8+ years' experience in operations management … even better if you also have experience in transforming a small/medium size business to a large corporation. That, and people are likely to describe you as:

The role?

 

You'll be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Managing Director. The business has ambitious growth objectives and needs a qualified and proven Business Operations person to lead the way. The objective will be to ensure the end-to-end processes of operations are running efficiently and effectively whilst meeting DIFOT, KPIs & cost budgets within the business. This also includes identifying areas of improvement within the operations process, to ensure the business is optimising its resources/systems to enhance overall performance within operations.
