The role of a Junior Sales Agent is the perfect entry point into a Real Estate sales career in Nambucca Heads. As a Junior Sales Agent you will support LJ Hooker Coffs Harbour's highly experienced Principal, Paul Tobias in a range of marketing and sales activities - and in turn, learn 'the ropes'.
The team at LJ Hooker Coffs Harbour has sold 65 properties in the last 12 months, with an average sale price of $528k and total sales valued at $28M. They sold 51 houses, 2 apartments and 9 blocks of land or rural properties with 55 sales by private treaty and 10 by auction, and these properties were on the market for an average of 101 days.
Principal, Paul Tobias has over 35 years’ experience in business and management and in excess of 30 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry.
Owning 5 LJ Hooker franchises on the Mid North Coast, Clarence Valley and Nambucca Valley, He understands to be successful you need to have the right people working for you. With over 30 staff Paul's business is arguably the largest on the mid north coast of NSW
His goal is to continue to build on the good name and integrity of the LJ Hooker brand.
