Real Estate Sales Associate positions are the perfect entry point into a Real Estate sales career, especially if you are able to benefit from the knowledge of an Industry professional with over 20 years experience.  In this Sales Associate role you'll support Laing+Simmons Box Hill's highly experienced Principal, Gary Lee in a range of marketing and sales activities - and in turn, learn 'the ropes’.

 

For many years, Gary has called the Hills District home. For two decades, he’s been working in real estate in the region. Put simply, no-one knows the local market better than him.

 

The results he has generated for his long list of satisfied customers tell the story. Gary has helped many people across the region realise their property goals by matching buyers with the right property and creating value for sellers in the process.

 

His approach is simple and respectful. He starts by listening to your needs. Everyone’s circumstances are unique, everyone needs something different, and he's is an expert at helping people find the right property to make those needs a reality. You seriously won't find a better office to kick off your Real Estate career with!

 

The job

 

Real Estate sales is not easy. It takes grit and determination. It needs patience and persistence. It needs creative thinking and commitment to a process. You'll need to commit to 5 long days a week for at least 3 years before you're fully-fledged. And another 3 before you can think about buying that supercar! Saturdays are a must and odd hours are part of the game...

 

For the right person, Real Estate Sales can be incredibly lucrative as well as being enormously satisfying.

 

Laing+Simmons Box Hill is a very busy place to be. In most cases you'll do most of your learning on the job. You'll need to be good at observing Gary in action, a quick learner and courageous enough to ask questions.
