Customer Success Manager
Modernising knowledge capture and transfer

Who are you? Well, firstly do people generally describe you as:

  • Methodologically able to approach the upsell process in a well organised way

If they do and you have 3+ years' experience of successful customer support of SaaS solutions into PMO's, COO's, Compliance Officers etc., then we'd be keen to meet.

 
The gig
 

As Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for working with existing clients, enhancing their optimisation of their Sidekick service, assisting them to achieve superior outcomes and looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Sidekick offers. Your primary focus in this role will be to nurture, develop and grow an impressive portfolio of key accounts spanning financial services, government, transport and wider enterprise. You'll interact routinely and deeply with these accounts to ensure continued collaboration, growth and new areas to expand into. You will be responsible for developing powerful client relationships and executing on specific sales strategies, and troubleshooting and looking after escalations.
