If that’s you, then we’d love to hear from you! The role Reporting to the business owner, ultimately, you’ll have responsibility for achieving business targets and budgets through and with your people. That’ll include responsibilities such as: - Setting targets
- Building, maintaining and monitoring performance dashboards
- KPI reporting
- Driving quarterly growth and efficiency
- Maximising margins
- Leading a positive and ‘abundant’ team environment
- Developing individual team capability
